哦，上次整个training过后，唯一有印象的就是一句话：people keep doing the same thing and expect a different result. 如果我们发现自己第几次开始说要减肥第几次说要努力学好英文第几次说要早睡早起，你就发现这句话是多么的一针见血啦。

那句话应该是引自 Einstein’s famous quote: "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." — so basically, everyone is insane
我比较不长进阿，只会反复说：早睡早起不吃巧克力不吃所有零食不随便发脾气……
