http://blog.donews.com/henryhwa/archive/2006/02/06…

About hiring

http://www.joelonsoftware.com/articles/FindingGrea…

"The great software developers, indeed, the best people in every field, are quite simply never on the market."

"I have three basic methods for how to go about this:

  1. Go to the mountain
  2. Internships
  3. Build your own community"

Build it quickly, use it as soon as possible, and make it simple

(1) build it as quickly as we can (2) start using it as soon as possible (3) make it simple.

From Rob Howard’s blog, who is in a team that building something I would like to build. And they have been doing so for TWO years. Gee, I need to be quick, really quick!
